4. Booking and Payment

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Failure to appear for a booked service (flight, hotel, tour) without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

In the event of cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will work with service providers to secure refunds or rescheduling options. However, we cannot guarantee full reimbursement in such cases.

6. Travel Documents and Visas

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.
  • We offer visa assistance but do not guarantee visa issuance.
  • Premier by Brightsun Travel and Tourism LLC is not liable for any visa rejections or delays.

7. Changes and Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a refund, where applicable.
